Once again the new Irelia splash has been hinted at by Riot (WITH NEW IMAGE/Comparison)

I have no image to support it, but anyone who was watching the beginning of today's LCS saw a new pic of that same Irelia splash a long time ago. This pic (while I was stupid and unable to pic it) shows more of the head to chest (Much better than the original. :3 ), and is just leaving me with the question. When is this coming to live.

They fixed Irelia's ugly forehead without changing her distinct appearance at all. Meanwhile they turned Fiora into a 70 year old.

Whoever the artist behind this is should be working on all the splash arts. Look at this, then look at Katarina/Fiora's butcherings.

But knowing the art team's self proclaimed feminist motives, this won't make it through because it's not ugly. A strong independent woman has to be ugly remember.

We don't have to worry about a drastic change to her like the disaster they did to fiora. Irelia looks like herself and more realistic from that picture, sigh of relieve for that phew.. +fingers cross+ it don't get worse.

I wish they'd update Irelia's model too. People complain about the League of Busty Women a lot, but she could do with a more rounded design (especially the her armor plates).

I heard she may get a rework eventually too, so maybe it'll happen when her gameplay changes too.

I'm very hesitant to see this new splash art... Gods only know this is already the League of Booty with Frostbutt Irelia, I don't want the character any more sexualized in her splash art because damn it that's not how she is!

Maybe it's not that they're teasing a new splash art, but they're teasing irelia's rework.
