Conqueror Kassadin

Bear with me as we all know Kassadin is not a top lane bruiser, but I think the keystone has potential on him. In my opinion precision is already the best primary tree to run on Kassadin for the free ult spams in late game fights and fleet footwork is the usual keystone. But, imagine late game having a free 20% true damage. I believe the combination of free ult spams and free true damage wouldn't just make Kassadin a viable assassin but a champ that can shred tanks and bruisers alike. Let me know what you could see as potential pitfalls.

I can see it, though I'd think Electrocute might be better imo on him especially in team fights where it could be a bit annoying to survive and get off the stacks for Conqueror to work. Just remember that it activates when you have the stacks and land an auto attack on the champion, so if you're used to R>E>W-Auto with Kassadin (I don't play Kassadin but thought maybe they use E to make sure they can stay in range for W-Auto), you would have to make sure you R>W-Auto first to get the Conqueror to trigger so your E can get the true damage benefit.

Do people really go Fleet footwork on Kassadin? That's interesting, I can see why people go Fleet on Viktor but wasn't sure it was really good on Kassadin as well.
