People are Allergic to grouping

"Hey guys we can group and end" "lets group" "all mid guys lets go!" "Can we please group we can just win". All the failed cries of a man trying to win a game of league of legends. While we have a massive advantage, Twisted Fate, we don't need to split push with baron when as five we can end the game. People are so set in their heads about what they want and not adapting to the situation. Any suggestions other than "group areound teammates" when you need to get people to group because you CAN end.

No. People assume everyone else on their team are idiots, and think their personal KDA matters to... well... anybody. Ever. At all.

They haven't played long enough to realize that the Win is what matters above all else.

I often wonder though, what actually determines "We can end if we group?" There have been times someone thinks its a won deal, group 5, and then die. Pretty sure its not just being "Allergic" its also because your allies sometimes don't trust you at all.

Sometimes, SOMETIMES, we don't group because the other lanes are being pushed by 20+ of their minions and if we screw up, it might seal our fate on the Loser board. Nothing I love more than trying to clean out a wave that would destroy 1 or more turrets if let go and being told to group up constantly by some spazz who wants to focus on pushing a single lane like a mindless drone, instead of waiting a little to get us set-up to push without it being feast or famine-tactics.
