Dodging in Promos

I feel that there should be a way for players to dodge in their promos without being punished with a loss. I just lost a game due to having a troll aatrox support who went 1/14/3 and i could see it coming from the start. I begged people to dodge but no one did. This was nearly a guaranteed loss. I tried my hardest to carry but their bot lane was absurdly fed (leona and twitch in this meta fed cmon). There's got to be some way to avoid having to play a game with these players. It's tilting and arguably makes me more anxious to play my next promo games after losing my first!
