Renekton W feels weaker

Anyone getting this after the most recent patch. I feel like there's a bug, or there was a bug and now is working as intended? I had noticed for a while that on the ARAM map, Renekton damage from W seemed very underwhelming. He is my main and I know his limits and damage output greater than any other champ and it left me with an empty feeling something was wrong. The damage did not translate the same as with same lvl/and item, while on the 5s map.

Now in 5s the W feels nerfed as well. Can anyone else confirm these findings?
