Kog'maw current PBE

Love to see there is absolutely no compensation for the revert of Kog'maw's W. Just the revert on attack speed growth to nerfed lvls and the return of his AS % passive on Q, to force him to grab it, over the utility of his E. Kappa123nospace. This may seem like QQ but I swear to god I don't want to see Kog just go back to the dumpster :(.
