Azir QOL buff
If he has a soldier out, he should have a range indicator for the range at which he can command his soldiers.
Think the range indicator for Twitch E whenever he has poison on a champion.

The thing with Twitch's E is that it shows the range indicator when you can expunge champions, not all the time.
Since there's no such interaction required with Azir's soldiers, walking around with a massive yellow circle around you constantly would be really annoying and tiring.
