Banner Of Command and how to make it work

Boots of command +25 move speed (same at tier 1 boots) on use- activation places a flag on the nearby cannon minion that causes it take 75% reduced damage from towers

basically what this means is you trade the other benefits from boots to make a cannon minion strong at surviving tower dps, it still dies to champions easy but if used correctly it can force enemy teams to respond to it or have a cannon minion + large minion wave wreck towers.

for this to work it still requires proper wave management instead of buffing 1 minion and it auto pushes because this banner of command is only more effective when the cannon minion gets to a tower, it wont make it more effective at pushing the wave, surviving champions, exc.
