Make it so normal draft doesn't have premade like rank?

So I have had a bunch of games already that were premade. . .some of which people surrendered because they were doing poorly (I was the only one not part of their group/guild). One game I think I coulda carried but they surrendered after a double ace. . .before it was mostly us dying. Can we have draft mode where it doesn't allow premades?

I also say this because sometimes these people group report.
