So I was looking at the masteries and was wondering if any champions really benefit form Intelligence lvl 5.

Mainly the champions that aren't looking for raw damage or strong early games.

So supports, and Nasus, generally.

People like Ekko can benefit from maxed Intelligence from the Cunning tree rather than Precision because you'd rather have your skills up more often than have extra Lethality (which is useless on Ekko) and Magic Pen (Void Staff or Sorc Shoes can usually suffice for this).
