Anyone else getting random fps drops?

So far this is the only game where I get random fps drops after the invasion patch. I haven't tried reinstalling yet but will probably try that. My FPS should stay at the very least 200+. Even higher end games like blade and soul (max settings) runs fine. Anyone else having this issue?
