Can we get an AD Chalice upgrade?

Doesn't have to be huge. Something like:

Chalice + Phage

Mana Font passive

Whenever you kill a minion, instantly restore 1% of your mana

I dunno, something like that?

They wanted essence reaver to be the "GO TO mana item for AD"
