Riot, you're breaking your biggest promise and making the game officially pay to win

I like most of the changes in the patch, but there's one small thing that invalidates everything you've done to the economy of League of Legends.

Skin boosts have been permanently enabled on ARAM. They cost 95 RP and grant you and your teammates a one-time random skin for your randomly-selected champion,** as well as 100 IP (200 for you)**.

You are letting us buy IP. This is NOT OKAY. We should not be able to buy runes with real money, this would give us an advantage in-game by spending money. Remove the IP from the Skin Boost now.

This is not pay to win. This is pay to fast-pass. most IP costing things can already be bought with RP, like champions. Runes i believe are the only exception. And the conversion rate for $ to boosts to IP to champions/whatnot it far worse than IP boosts, which have been around for a while.

The premise of pay to win is that paying makes you better than those that don't. This DOES NOT DO THAT AT ALL. Please don't misuse the term, someone out there will believe you, and that can cause actual problems.

This sounds incredibly whiny for letting one person buy a round of free shit for four other people to have fun on ARAM.

It doesn't give you a very good exchange rate tbh. It's not worth spending money to get IP like that anyways. It'd be much more efficient to buy an IP boost for a week or something and play a whole bunch of games while you have it. Or just spend your RP on champions so you have more IP to buy runes anyways. I don't really see this as a big deal and I really don't think many will abuse it.

Hold on there. You can ALREADY buy IP. IP boosts have been around for a long time. This will not change the status quo or the state of the game. It's just a fun little prize you'll get in aram sometimes from nice players.

you are pretty noob if you discover lol is a pay to win. some skin offer 1 reducition damage, others give visual informative stuff like sona arcade and the 20%debuff, some other offer invisible skillshot, that's why some skin are banned in lcs.
