His passive that he has to work pretty hard to put to use against champions gives a base AD boost that doesn't increase his W OR his E's damage (as they scale off bonus AD)

Because his passive is supposed to turn him into a frenzied auto attacking monster. It's not suppose to boost his entire kit's damage.
