Zaccea1 votesI do tend to get a lot more players that don't say anything in chat then at the end of the game two of my teammates start chatting in Korean (sometimes Chinese). I assume a lot of foreigners are playing during their normal hours with their awful ping. They weren't really that bad either, just did some questionable things. So maybe you are seeing a bunch of laggy people too?
