I wouldn't say soon, but I'm pretty sure Riot has been hinting at the fact that they want to rework him for a while.

Reav3 posted a list of 10+ champions that included Skarner Nocturne Pantheon Udyr Chogath DrMundo Volibear and some more but those are just what I can remember off the top of my head.

Its about time, they still haven't even compensated skarner for the item 3053 changes (they converted the base ad bonus to bonus ad , but skarner`s q scales with TOTAL AD, so all he did was loss the extra damage from having item 3078 with no compensation on his ability damage. )

they're just sizing up in what order they are gonna do Season9's reworks.

remember this next season is supposed to have a 50/50 split of VGU's and new champs.
