Garen is so unfun to play against. With grasp and his q, he trade so easily and deal so much damage, while taking none. His passive is just a free warmogs once he hits 11, and his ult hits you even if you are out of the range after he clicks on you.
It sucks, as if you're any top champion (besides 
) he basically automatically wins lane
And high elo Garens don't even take grasp? Riste, the only Garen OTP in masters runs Glacial Augment and Phase Rush.
His passive is a free warmogs if you don't touch him.
His ult also cucks himself when you bush juke during the cast time. In fact, I'm pretty sure Garen mains would be totally happy to have that cast time removed (so you don't die out of range, you die immediately)
