[suggestion] On-hit magic damage runes

marks can give 3 magic damage and quints give 5. It would be nice addition to the game, imo. More customization on how you want to build your character. Esspecialy with how hard onhit builds have been nerf over the years.

Edit: if its too broken like this you can make them scale into the lategame

This would break the early game of every champion that can use Fervor of Battle. Why run AD when you can have 42 Magic damage on hit at level 1? It basically makes up for itself

I actually like the idea, but it would be better to make them scale from 1 to 7 based on level for marks only.

It doesn't matter if you sacrifice attack speed, 3 per at Lv 1 is still a lot of flat damage.
