Dodging in ARAM seems to be getting worse

When there is a 30 second wait time, you get a match in 15 seconds, but then it take 5 minutes or more to get a game going wtf?! I am not sure what has been going on lately, but I can't get in an ARAM game without going through multiple dodges. It is ARAM, it is supposed to be random. Some games you will wipe the other team, some games are tough fights, some games you are on the ugly end. I used to play a ton of ARAM 2000+ games, went to SR, but have since come back to ARAM because it is more consistent than SR :P

Dodging is causing extra wait time. There should be either a longer penalty time, or something more that makes dodging a rare incident that actually comes with a cost. Maybe excessive dodging results in loss of honor or reduction in BE. I do not know, but stop allowing other people to waste everyone's time.
