Can we have int/bot/WTF games nocount?

This just gets so old. And its so bad during placements. No fail at least 2-3 of placements minimum (had 6 last season) have placement games get some dude just straight up inting. There is no doubt. Just played with a Jayce, game starts, he dies once right away then keeps diving down lane, even stops trying to pretend and runs straight until he dies. Once he fed top, he then starts doing it straight up mid feeding mid too. Why should 4 other people be punished due to games like this? It is one thing to say it will balance out, but no, placements can add a crapton of grinding, and there are only 8 games now in a lane. 8 is not enough games for the odds to balance out. You just get bent over.

My proposal that if a game has reports from the whole team + the other team, it should be a nocount game for the losers. Sure count it for the winners. If that is too much, at least make it not count as a placement game.

If the report is conclusive then is it really that hard to cancel it out?
