I opened a ton of boxes last season, but I still have 20 keys. I feel like I get a couple key shards every day. They just keep piling up faster than I can use them. Can we get an option to scrap them for essence or trade them in for something? Or have something that actually uses them at a frequent rate?
Or trade with players? I know a OTP who needs chests and I need keys.
I have the same problem with 19 keys and 1 fragment. Something I would like to see is being able to spend keys to unlock champion shards. Something like 1 key per price tier seems reasonable. So 1 key for a 450 champ, 2 for a 1350, 3 for 3150, 4 for 4800, and 5 for 6300.
You know, that would be a great way to help the BE shortage problem. If you could scrap full keys for a bit of BE a piece, not only would people like having more BE, it might keep people from trolling since a punishment locks their honor level and they would get no key shards.
WHAT? How is that possible. I'm sitting in boxes with no keys and had honor 5 last season => still not saving enough keys.

I used to have an overflow, back in season 6 (i started playing league half way through season 6) and up until they changed the way you got key fragments I had around 90 shards.
Now I have 6.
Riot needs to change the way fragments are earned. I went from 90 to 6, even after getting one to 2 fragments every 3 days or so.
And I'm just sitting here with my 14 chests and 0 keys like

Or since they are tied to chests that usually provide skins, have them scrap for a small amount of orange essence.
