If this isn't a sign Riot Balance team has done some EXTREMELY wrong, i don't know what is. they need to start instantly updating the PBE with balancing/FIXING buffs -.- because this is outrageous.

meanwhile all mages/burst mages can do the same thing but apparently Zoe needed to be thrown in the trash? like wtf... i agree she needed nerfs but this is WAY too harsh and it just trashed the whole champ... the q needs to be changed to only deal the passive aoe bonus damage to minions, and maybe make it a tiny bit less damage so that she doesn't COMPLETELY clear back wave at like lvl 6...

uhm, No. she's perfectly fine in terms of kit. She needed some tweaks and nerfs and riot overdid them on purpose to see how to balance her easier later, She's not getting reworked and her kit is perfectly fine. not to mention they definitely won't rework her because of all the extremely positive feedback they have and still receive from people saying her kit is amazing and extremely fun to play with. Not happening, maybe in your dreams (rolls eyes)

YuGiHo1 votesIt was after they gave eve her 1st rework. the original when she had a stun and her ult had resets eve was strong and very frustrating to play with so the broke her on purpose till they eventual reworked her over a year and a half later. She was so bad at that point people would report u for playing her since her win rate was around 30% and some people even got banned for it.
i only remember this because i have mained eve for years and now that this is happening again when riot said "never again" makes me feel a little resentful of riot.

sigh, the community wont just let the burst mage do her job without FORCING riot to nerf her to shit, (psst it's cuz they're bad and want an easy way out to get around the champion) they're like "ick i have to use skill and learn to play against a new burst mage? heck no! Riot NERF! NOW! MEH!" (Riot nerfs champion to becoming unplayable and their win rate drops from 50 to 35-41% under 24 hours) "Perfect :D Thank god, so glad they nerfed her into the ground" -.-; like r u kidding me... riot has some serious work to get to, they need to stop listening to like 90% of this ass community sigh...

tbh i feel you 100% i never had problems playing against zoe... ever, except like 1 time and i was Lux which is a huge counter so it made sense lol. I can't stand any of those 5 champs LOLOL but y'know if i started making posts about them being "frustrating" riot still wouldn't do shit. it's mainly from the fact that Zoe's brand new so people want to complain, i agree she needed nerfs but this was not a nerf they chucked the whole champ in the garbage bin man... sigh. also i'm pretty sure all of those 5 champs counter zoe too LOLOL

But for the fact that Riot's balance team released Zoe as she was and then had to "over nerf" her, there wouldn't have been shock at hte situation in the first place.
If a bunch of regular ol' casual League players knew something wasn't right before it was released, how is it that the "balance team" was able to leave it so out of whack for so long?

Imo all the nerfs applied to her were fine EXCEPT the Q nerfs, The AOE bonus damage taken away RUINED her cs and wave clear to the point where EVEN WITH ITEMS LATE GAME it's next to impossible to clear minion waves and get cs without struggling, They need to bring back the bonus AOE damage from q with more sparkles but at LEAST make it only apply to minions? also her -20% damage altogether on Q was a bit much, it should've been like -15%

I've only one-shot one person ... and that was a lvl 1 bot veigar and i was lvl 18 with full build xD
HonestJohnTheCon1 votesThey removed most of her utility and reliability (AoE more sparkles, cooldown refund on E, etc.), which is fine, but they gutted her Q damage probably more than necessary. They should up the ratio, maybe up to 30% or something.
