If this isn't a sign Riot Balance team has done some EXTREMELY wrong, i don't know what is. they need to start instantly updating the PBE with balancing/FIXING buffs -.- because this is outrageous.
Raise this poor girl from the ashes of death! Let the burst mage do her job.
They should have never sent these buffs to live server before realizing they were complete trash on the PBE ISN'T THAT WHAT THE PBE IS FOR?!

ADC mains crying when Mages are able to deal damage, and this is what you get.. Wait until the AP itemization rework starts hitting, and they won't be able to right-click you to death without risking anything, they're going to start crying about mages like 
being broken.

Riot didn't do anything wrong , the only thing they did wrong was listening to people in boards , I never found Zoe unfun to play against , the only thing bothered me is her mana costs aren't high so she could spam her abilities , actually I find 
more annoying to play against , not Zoe
They did it with kog lets see if they do it with a non adc lul
Meddler literally said that this nerf would hit her too hard since that was the intention to begin with so that they can then buff her in appropriate, more healthy ways... can people please stop making this dumb threads? everyone knew this was going to happen to her, Riot stated that this was the intention of her nerfs yet people come like it's something so unexpected and shocking that she is now really weak
Didn't riot say they would not intentionally break hard to balance champs with nerfs anymore?
They removed most of her utility and reliability (AoE more sparkles, cooldown refund on E, etc.), which is fine, but they gutted her Q damage probably more than necessary. They should up the ratio, maybe up to 30% or something.
Everyone knew a nerf was coming - I correctly guessed her Q obviously However, I think with one Q nerft - she would have been fine and people wouldn't be as annoyed anymore - yet they go and nerf every part of her to the ground She basically deals a fair bit of damage late game and it's just a case of surviving lane phase unless the opposition feel generous enough to give her 20 kills to get her some power...
