whenever our top laners tries to chose singed , everyone in the chat is like '' omg dont take singed '' '' take irelia better '' bla bla i have no problem with that because i don't think that signed is an underpowered pick is he really like that ?

He isn't.

In the hands of a competent player, he is a massive unkillable nuisance who isn't even worth trying to kill in many circumstances since you lose so much for the time wasted.

However, his play-style is counter-intuitive to pretty much every other champion in the game, so it can be hard to trust random ones to play properly instead of just feed the enemy kills trying to proxy.

Do NOT play this champion in ranked without a lot of practice.

Singed does not singe-ergize well with any team comp. Basically he is toxic (Kids 'Q' 'Q')

I Personally believe Singed is good but many people are just not playing him to his potential. Honestly Singed's kit is interesting in the fact that it can pull off some really strategic plays and be great... Unfortually The fact that irrellia is easy to play well makes her a better pick for most people who aren't treating this as a strategy game... That's basically the difference Irrelia you just go in and be good and Singed you got to make smart plays. At the end of the day whose better depends on you.

singed is not in the best part but singed is never in the best part. Singed works in some cases but then not so much in every other case.

If you have a strategy in mind pick singed If you don't have a particular strategy in mind don't pick singed as a general pick

same goes for teemo or shyvanna top

Singed is underpowered atm because damage is over-loaded as shit due to keystones and constant ridiculous reworks/releases.

He's simply not able to keep up with the game anymore, in general. You'd have to have basically a vanilla line-up on the enemy team for him do be able to do what he's supposed to do. Even then, masteries and items would likely ruin your day mid-late game anyway.
