Diana top viable?

Greetings, Summoners!

I'm looking for a versatile viable champion to main, and Diana feels like a good choice for me. She is definitely viable in mid and jungle but I don't see her going top anymore. Is this the new meta and reworks that pushed her out of top? Is she really bad in top lane?

Also, maybe there is another good champ I'm missing (I kinda looked through the list and my eye didn't catch anything)? Like Nida - she is also a versatile champ but I think she is weak everywhere except jungle and buffing her will make her very toxic again. I'd like to have a go-to choice for the maximum of top-jg-mid lanes. Will appreciate any help.
