WW rework when is it

Warwick was the first champion I ever played and I feel that he is pretty much has a ancient kit compared to other champs. I feel like his identity of a champion is like the jungler that everyone started on. Granted I don't want him back to his freelo days as he was at the start of the season but I want him to be at least relevant how he is right now just isn't fun. Basically the question is really why should I play over champs like or that can do his job much better. I'm not saying there is anything wrong with the champs that I list moreover on how they can provide more via ganking. I feel like Warwicks only gap closure as his ult is really just unreliable and that I have to wait till 6 to successfully gank anyone. I just wanna know for clarification on when and what level of his rework will be.
