Remove dodging for not locking in

You didn't need to "lock in" before, and now everyone keeps getting accidental dodges and it takes 10 years to find a queue that actually goes through. Then sometimes you just forget to lock in because you're used to timer locking in for you, then you get punished. Dumb idea, fix it.
