If junglers are forced to build jungle item
Force support to buy sightstone as second item. So tired of "I can't support" players picking non-meta support champ building non-support build, taking non-support spells.

How are they forced to? They can just not build a jungle item. It's not hard.
You will be at a significant disadvantage if you don't build jungle items. You don't have the sustain, the camp clear and you can't use your smite other than on minions and monsters. Meanwhile, the enemy jungler can do all of these things since he build the jungle item. Simply not buying a jungle item doesn't solve the problem.
isn't that the exact same situation with support tho
Are you trying to say a support's not at a clear disadvantage if they don't have a gold income item and a sightstone?

This isn't true at all a lot of champions can easily and quickly clear camps without building a jungle item. The only disadvantage of not having a jungle item, is losing the extra experience from having a jungle item, and falling behind the enemy mid and top laner in levels/experience.
While we're at it can we force ADC to buy exec against Vlad/soraka/Mundo as well? I hate it when these ADC don't build exec against Vlad/soraka/mundo because "muh powerspike" or w/e else excuse they use.
If you're going to argue that Supports should be forced to build Sightstone because Junglers have to build Skirmisher's Saber, Tracking Knife, or Stalker's Blade, then you might be surprised to find that, lo and behold, Supports already have a must-buy primary item like the Jungler weapons.
Relic Shield, Spellthief's Edge, and Ancient Coin (and their upgrade paths).
And not every Support has to buy Sightstone, either - they can build into it if they choose (perhaps their team needs more vision?), or they can build more into their item's core (maybe I want to have less wards and be able to protect my ADC properly as Leona with Face of the Mountain?)
But, then again, you probably wouldn't consider anything I said, given that you seem to feel Sightstone is the sole integral pillar of Support play.

And yet support decides to go play Wukong support with flash barrier starting dorans. Because "I want to feel like a special snowflake so I refuse to play like a meta support"
