After his changes, most people gave up entirely on this champion.
I did as well, as I thought he had turned into absolute garbage.
But when I look on the boards, I see veigar players saying that Veigar is in a good state now.
So, I am intrigued.
How do you play

swordcookie1 votesHe's really not that bad right now, especially after they made his stun able to stop dashes. With his Q, you reach higher levels of AP quicker and your farm is safer. W and R remains the same as before. Honestly, Veigar has always been able to one shot people with or without DFG. He can definitely still do that easily against enemy aps, or squishy adc once you are on about your 2-3 item.
As to how to play him correctly, I honestly just play him as I always have, with Q being slightly harder to use now.

This was a great buff to counter-balance the brief delay between cast and effect. Nothing was more frustrating to me than a squishy dashing over a wall to safety and then getting stunned. I want my kill, damnit!
