seem like it could be insane. It says that when he kills a champion, he PERMANENTLY gains a portion of their AD. Does that mean he steals some of their AD permanently, or he gets AD equal to a % of their AD permanently? Either way, we'll have to wait to find out.

I think they said somewhere that he gets a % of their AD as a bonus permanently,but he only keeps the biggest bonus,so he won't get a new bonus if he goes for someone weaker.
