Why do people complain about the Shyv nerf?
Have none of you played against Shyv in top lane recently?
The main argument that i'm hearing is that ''her clearing speed will be shit in the jungle'' yet they're buffing her burnout to compensate..

No longer deals 20% increased damage to jungle monsters.
They nerfed burnout not buffed it
