If someone fails to ban champions there needs to be a free dodge.

I agree. What they ban doesn't matter, but if the captain fails to make a ban the game should be cancelled.

I think there's some sort of bug going on since the new patch. In the last few days I've had 6 games where someone did not ban the first champion, and it's never happened to me once before in the last 6 months.
