Rune Conditioning. Rito Plz change?

Can we have Conditioning give 1 Armor and MR/ Minute starting at the 2 minute mark until the 10 minute mark?

It would feel like I'm actually conditioning then. At the 10 minute mark it can give the remainder 2 armor/MR and the % bonus.

It's weaker early in exchange for stronger defenses later. That's the whole point. Similar to why Magical Footwear prevents you from buying boots, but gives you +10 MS permanently once it does pop. Or why Gathering Storm gives nothing until 10 minutes.
