Two-wheels system aiming at facilitate smurfing and mechanically skilled player grind?

I'm starting to believe there's an intenational two-wheels systems that's being put in place through reworks and new champ releases.

Taking Irelia as a example. I do believe that this champ is hiding behind a skill-wall aiming at facilitate the rank grind of smurf or mechanically skilled players. Looking at their kits, one thing is sure is that there's big rewards for those who take the time to sit on the champions that practice them. The reward is absolute unfair dominance over pretty much everything others champs in the game if the skill matchup is won while having an easy lane regardless. Indeed, as someone who can't press buttons, I still found the laning, even agains't poking champs, relatively braindead to a point where I could watch an anime while laning (which lead me to lost interest in her tbh). Meanwhile my opponents better watch out, if my e lands, he's dead.

The skill-wall to me relies further in teamfights and 2vs2+ situation where you still need to land your combo. Like yasuo, akali, Irelia advantage in lane won't translate by default into an auto-win if the kits are not used properly in tensed situations such as teamfights. As someone who can't press buttons, I surely often miss pretty much everything and render myself useless. However, if a player can pull that off it's autowin 1vs9 Raidboss mode activated as many of you have witnessed. Those both extremes makes thoses champions unhealthy both for the players and for the opponents.

Looking at the "nerfs" of those both champions litteraly spamed in worlds and destroying the fun of regular games, I tend to believe those champs are here to stay intentionally overtuned because they're simply designed to be these overbearing Raidbosses crushing opponents in order wrap up games altogether in the hands of smurfs and mechanically skilled player.

To be fair, with this champ, I truly believe that "you've crossed the lines" so don't you mind me to QQ.

EDIT : I'm not saying that somene who master a champion shouldn't be rewarded nor that someone should be able to carry without landing skills. What I'm trying so say is that some champions, specifically reworks and new releases, are given busted kit and unfair advantages just because they're mechanically harder to execute which I think is a poor decision.

This fairly abundant argument about how people who are very skilled at something are somehow unfair always makes me laugh

It's not unfair for a mechanical player, probably someone lacking in other departments in their mmr, to use their skill to win a game.

sorry, if you take the time to master a champ you should be able to carry by playing that do or die knifes edge gameplay style.
