Isn't the word "abuse" a bit misused?

Maybe my English sucks dick but

Why is a champion using some form of a systematics like runes or items that is designed so that champion can use it well is called "abuse"

Like when a rune actually does what it is supposed to for a champ, everyone who loses to that champ says they’re “abusing” it.

The same reason people over misuse the word "Inting" Inting means INTENTIONAL not people who are just bad and die alot there is a vast difference but everyone thinks if you die 1 or 2 times its automatically "Inting"

Humans have a way of turning words that don't mean what they are suppose to into other meanings and then over use it until it means that .... Take "Literally" for example can mean both Literal and Figurative because people kept misusing literally as a figurative way.

I agree and to add to it I think the term "Broken" is misused frequently as well. "Broken should refer to a champion that is unhealthy for the game and needs some kit changes. What most people mean to say is that the champion is OP. That is something that can be fixed with tuning numbers in their kits.

Because they don't like it.

You made the correct observation. People are misusing and, funnily enough, abusing the word "abuse". If they don't like something, if they lose to something, if something isn't fitting their incorrect, preconceived notions of what you are supposed to do (e.g. "The Domination Tree is the Assassin Tree.") they can just call it "abuse". Then you don't need a reason, "abuse" makes it sound bad, so that becomes the reason the game should change things.

There's that argument that it isn't being misused by people, where he argues for situations where it could be correct. But we all have seen the threads, where people say it's wrong that AD Casters are building AD Caster items or that these champions shouldn't be allowed to use the "Tank" tree despite it being self-evident that they are allowed.

Oh yeah, most definitely.

Most people see something that works well on a champion (Like Lucian with Press the Attack or Zed with Electrocute) and just immediately slap the word "abuse" on it.

The proper way to use it would be to say "Ezreal mid abused Runeglaive" or something along those lines, AKA a method of play that's using an interaction not intended for them and shouldn't work in the first place.

Eh, it depends.

For me when a champion abuses a build its saying that there is some way in which the champion is getting more out of it than they should. Things like Hec with predator when it was first released. Things that needed to be patched and fixed.

It is similar to op/broken. There is no such thing as strong/good anymore.
