You do realize that Damage Dealt includes damage to minions and jungle camps right? I mean, come on the guy has 141 CS MORE than the Lucian. Of course he's going to be highest damage on the team. However, if we look at damage dealt to champion we can see that he is lower than Lucian and the only reason he beat Diana is she had 12 deaths which indicates she was getting blown up in team fights.

This isn't a sign that Jarvan is overpowered, its a sign that actually CSing decently is "overpowered." Its amazing what you can do when you can actually last hit minions semi-competently.

Except his buff should show in champion damage and not overall damage because they mainly buffed his ult for teamfight situations. CS and damage to champions is more important indicators to look at than overall damage. I'd be okay with nerfing jarvan q against cs or increasing its mana cost because his wave clear is nasty.

He just e - q i dash out of his e -q combo with ult and q , he ults me , bye bye half hp and now again the 2 sec q and im dead...yeah...kite...while i even jump out of his ult and i E him into his ult and he still catches me.
