Isn't the Q nerf a bit too much for Shyvana?

So I don't want to be biased here, but I feel like the Q nerf on Shyvana is a bit too much. I've been jungling with this champ for ages, way before the all "Devourer" drama came out and I don't like this change at all. The only thing that always felt over the top for me was her super jungler clear, which you are rightfully nerfing it, but not the damage in her kit. Any Devourer jungler who reaches Sated and has his "on-hit" item does the exact same damage, but the main difference is that Shyvana/Yi farms it faster and with more efficiency. Devourer Shyvana always had a good winrate, but believe it or not, I've never seen anyone complaining about her until you came out with the discussion about how you don't like the item. The champion never had a high pick rate, but it literally doubled after all the exposure she got from it. The only complaints I've ever read were about Master Yi doing too much in a tanky build...and guess what, you are nerfing it. By lowering the damage on her Q you are also hindering her laning phase for no reason, which is not that great atm. Devourer jungling is not a guaranteed win, you don't afk farm for 15 min and randomly win the game, you still have to do what every other jungler does, but you also have to stack efficiently. Devourer jungling can backfire pretty badly if the enemy Lee Sin/Nidalee/Elise screws your team over before you can do anything, because regardless how good you are trying, you simply can't do enough early game with those champs. Also, Shyvana is not a lategame champ which can get away with a nerf like that, because she provide no real utility/cc, she basically just does damage. She's a mid game champion, her winrate drops heavily after the 25-30 min mark and judging from my experience, I can confirm that. You already nerfed the amount of stacks Herald gives, her main item (Titanic Hydra) had its stat reduced on PBE, so I would like to see the Q nerf to be either reverted or postponed, because I don't wanna see this champ be left in the dust by next patch, she's not even played in the LCS 8(. Any feedback is welcome.

EDIT: This is patch v4.21:

  • Twin Bite cooldown reduced to 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 seconds from 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 / 6 seconds.
  • Burnout now deals +20% bonus damage to monsters. So those are the buffs you introduced at that time, but you are reverting the Burnout bonus damage, so why not the other one too? I'd take a cd increase over a damage nerf anyday, because it won't really affect laning phase that much, but it will take more hits to reset the Q cd with Sated Devourer, which I think it's a good thing.

Her clear speed is definitely too high, so W nerf was understandable. Q nerf... meh... It might not be that bad considering that it still applies on hits fully. The numbers look disgustingly harsh, but she'll still be playable.

Cutting 40% AD off her rank 1 Q will be hardly noticeable because you only have like 80 AD at most. You still get the auto rest and double on hit proc which is what the skill is really about.
