@Meddler What happened to the Shyvana toplane changes?

Since the W nerf is going through (with also the jungle xp nerf too), what happened to the changes you were planning for toplane Shyvana? Any ETA? Unless you address the weaknesses she has, she will never be played in the toplane again, reasons being:

• Early trading sucks big time after you nerfed Q early damage because of Sated Devourer, which you removed, but you never reverted the nerf.

• She could have more %hp damage from her E debuff (like 3% instead of 2.5%), so she could deal with the tanks infesting the toplane with more ease.

• The new passive doesn't help her at all, since she's stucked on the other side of the map and she has more dragon control as a jungler, it would be cool if she could get a stack out of Rift Herald or rather make other changes that outweight this weakness.

• W could use a buff too toplane wise, but since it affects jungler clearing too much, you could buff the on-hit part of the ability instead, so it doesn't influence Jungle Shyvana by much. Another option could be smoothing out the way the ability scale, with maybe more damage early game and same damage later on (something like 30/40/50/60/70 instead of 20/32/45/57/70).
