Hi Riot. I think Ghost might be an underpowered Summoner Spell that could use an invert of its ramp-up effect to make it more attractive as a mobility option. Instead of ramping up, if Ghost gave a burst of movement speed at the beginning, I think it would rival Flash in terms of usefulness.

Pika Fox1 votesThe thing is, ghost is already fairly overpowered. The primary issue is just that flash is obscenely overpowered and cannot be nerfed to a reasonable state that is fun and useful, and its too late in the games life cycle to remove flash.
Also, after ghost was super buffed a few years back, it was all up front, no ramp. But it made hecarim and post rework WW too strong.
