Can we please finally rework Fiddle

Before I say anything, I would just like to point out I am NOT trying to say Fiddle is broken. The reason as why I want this hilariously simple champion reworked, is because he literally just shuts down a single champion in game. A point and click fear, and a point and click silence on the same champion, with low cool downs, and heavy sustain. Once again, I am not saying this is broken, but what I am saying, is that it's completely anti-fun. "Oh a single champion is fed. I'll just lock them out of their kit for 6 seconds!" like, that isnt good design. Especially in modern day league of legends, where even 1 second can be game changing.

It's honestly one of the best designs. A reliable pick vs someone who is fed.

There are so many ways to counter Fiddle. His ult is braodcasted, so unless he is doing it from an unwarded bush you see it coming a mile away. Second, he is so squishy you can pop him the second he utls in and then his ult can't do any damage when he is dead. His fear is counterable with items or dont get caught one on 1 if you cant survive his fear time. He has to stand still to sustain. This makes him extremely vulnerable. If you Pops in and Zhonyas walk out of his ult.

There are so many more champs that have better removes than Fiddle that I just do not see justification for change. Any of the taunts in the game pretty much do the same thing. YOu have so many knockups and stuns. Leora can keep you stunned for days.

He has a simple kit but it actually takes a lot of strategy to do well with him. He is all about positioning. I wish more champs were like him and less button smashing 1 shot wonder types.

His crows are actually far worse than his fear. silence and ping pong affect make it amazing especially when it applies a slow with items. Fiddle can bully a lot of champs out of lane, but that is counter picking. there are a lot of champs that crush fiddle.

His jungling and mid are so-so and his stats show it. His pick rate is low. His support it the most toxic, but that is onyl because it counters the style of play at bot. If someone picks fiddle as support, then you have to pick counters accordingly.

Fiddles is outdated, but he's not the worst in the world. He relies on positioning & vision control to a degree.

Once he blows all his abilities, he's either going to use his Hourglass or he's going to hobble away for dear life since he's rather squishy.

Displacements/Silences/CC can cancel out both his sustain & his Ultimate windup since they're both channeling effects. If you can catch him channeling his ultimate & displace him before he jumps on your team, you pretty much can shut down his entire engage.

His [Q: Terrify] is rather potent & can be really good against solo targets, but certain champions & items can rid you of his fear. This gives you a window to chase him down or break his Drain Tether. Only argument here is that it's click & Point CC, however there are champions like Leona who have Skillshot CC that can lock you down even longer than Fiddles can.

His [E: Dark Wind] used to be a nightmare to deal with in the past, this ability used to refresh the silence duration if you were hit with additional bounces. It's in a better place now in my opinion, they even made it better for Support-Sticks since it no longer deals bonus damage to minions (instead, it just deals increased damage to jungle creeps).
