A tiny buff to Twisted Fate

Twisted Fate is too weak at the moment, he gets countered by almost every mid laner out there. A slight buff would be to his Q, which already throws 3 randomly colored cards.

The buff would be that that card's effects would apply to every target hit, so if he threw 3 blue cards it would proc the blue card effect on all the targets hit :)
