Stacking Doran's Items on Nasus?

Recently, I've considered NasusNasus ' biggest problem, which is his weak early game, and good ways to prevent myself from getting shut down or cs denied in the first few minutes. I also know that stacking Doran's itemsitem 1055 item 1076 item 1054 makes for a great early game, but a late game fall-off (Ryan Choi Rengar effect). But Nasus' late game scaling is AMAZING, granted he is allowed to freefarm and stack his Q.

By stacking lots of Doran's, couldn't Nasus become dominant in lane early, and then proceed to use his time farming without fear in the late game? An example build would be:

item 1054 item 1055 item 1054 item 1054 item 1054 item 3110

Once completed, I would sell my dorans items for other tanky items until I reach full build. I know, sounds ridiculous, but hey, Break the Meta amirite?

The reason why Ryan Choi uses the stacking Doran's is to trade strongly and sustain on a champion that has almost no hp/5. It gives all the stats needed to trade efficiently and go all in. With that being said, Nasus doesn't really have sustain issues nor is he a champion that should be trying to all in. Trading efficiently? You'd trade better with a few Long Swords and a Ruby Crystal, which are better items on Nasus. Those items would also help him farm better, since they are versatile items that upgrade into items with cooldown reduction.
