What would be the most broken combination of different champions' abilities?

Was taking a fiery dump when the light of intellectual mediocrity shone upon me and this is the result of my psychological labor.

From the pretty sizable pool of champion passives and abilities, what if Riot one day decided to let us mix and match our favorite combination of spells?

Specifically, the auto range and champion model would be of the champion who originally possesses the ultimate (R) ability you choose.

Here's one I came up with.

Passive: Voracity Whenever an enemy champion dies within 3 seconds of Katarina damaging them, her cooldowns are reduced by 15 seconds.

Q: Deceive After a delay, Shaco blinks to the target location and becomes temporarily invisible, causing his next basic attack within 2.5 seconds to deal bonus physical damage and reduce Deceive's cooldown by 2.5 seconds.

W: Ruthless Predator Renekton's next basic attack gains bonus range and strikes his target twice (each hit applies on-hit effects and grants Fury) dealing physical damage and stunning for 0.75 seconds.

E: Counter Strike Jax enters a defensive stance for up to 2 seconds, causing all basic attacks against him to miss. Jax also takes 25% reduced damage from all area of effect abilities. At the end of the duration or if Counter Strike is reactivated, Jax stuns all nearby enemies for 1 second and deals physical damage to them, increased by 20% for each attack dodged, up to a 100% increase.

R: Ragnarok PASSIVE: Olaf gains bonus armor and bonus magic resistance while Ragnarok is inactive. ACTIVE: Olaf removes all disables from himself and becomes immune to them for the next 6 seconds, gaining bonus attack damage for the duration. For the first second of Ragnarok, he also gains bonus movement speed when moving towards nearby visible enemy champions.

I'm sure there's more ridiculous stuff than this.
