I've been permanently chat banned, but people who intentionally troll, are NEVER restricted, or ban

The last match I just played, I was Sion jungle and my duo was Morgana mid. Our Aatrox top, got ganked ONCE, he then repeated shoved lane to enemy turret and dove, about four times, but it's MY fault, for not ganking his lane. After about four feeds and me 1v1ing panth (that double kill on the time line is me dying at red and him getting the kill because assist timers~) he decides hes going to take all my camps, and not farm his lane.

At this point in the game, I've secured 2 dragons, dumpstered all over their team, got my duo fed, btw, fiddles didnt gank bot once, did i mention that? because that'll come in later. We're ahead one turret, and I'm shoving top, to inner turret, than roaming to get shit done, and sivir decides hey, I'm a retard I'ma farm jungle too. She wasn't even behind. And I ignore them, they've been muted pretty much all game, I'm doing what we need to do to win with my duo, Leonas still helping out slightly. We lose ONE dragon, because Sivir and Aatrox are busy trolling. But me and my duo press the fuck on.

10 minutes later with a 14K lead, were just taking objectives back to back. Because they cant 1v2 me, and I'm baiting them out of base, making them waste time paying attention to me, picking them off when they try to defend, buying as much time as i can for my duo and minion waves.

They now have no inhibs, and ONE nexus turret. Barons back up. They're all in base. I ping baron, sivir is mid top lane, shoving wave, aatrox is still trolling at my blue, Leona's just running in circles. They all vote yes to surrender. Me and My duo vote no, We have an EIGHT turret LEAD. We're SPOON FEEDING THEM FREE LP. Leona gets fed up with aatrox and sivirs toxicity, and does pretty much Nothing the rest of the game, they get baron, and get mid inner and inhib turret, and aatrox and sivir begin the biggest douche bag egocentric I HAVE THE LAST WORD split pushing because it has to be THEM to blow up the nexus.

They proceed to make me and my duo endure the most obnoxious 2v5 in an WON game, if they group ONE time. My duo tried to ult them and keep them from backing since the last 30 minutes of this match were literally 2v5(+3) while I tried to beat down the nexus alone, always falling 100hp short. And when the spawn timers finally get long enough for them to just focus us and end the game, we get to the end game lobby, and have to deal with the entire enemy talking shit, as if they deserved to win that match. I get demoted, and my duo losses LP.

I've literally had every other game be like this. I passed placements this season 8 win 2 loss, vs plats and high golds (I know this because low nexus was still showing players S4 ranks when I did mine.) I got placed in Silver 2 where I finished last season. Climbed to Gold 5 against players who were ALL Gold 2-plat 2. The moment I hit Gold 5, with a 80% win rate mind you, I started getting matched with Non ranked players, two first time ranked players (they said it was their first ranked season after the game loaded...) Silver 3's and always 2 ex golds and vs a team STACKED with plats and golds. Every lane fed, troll junglers, three afks in one match, one intentional feeder.Ten straight games of this, got demoted.

I got pissed off, and went on an intentional 40 game trolling streak, got banned for two weeks, dealt with it. come back, start climbing again, ive been back in silver 1 series to gold 4 times since. Yet every other game, I get teams like the one from this last match. People who REFUSE to be carried. With every fiber of their existence, they deliberately work to lose. But IM the one who's been chat banned permanently since my 40 game troll streak. I don't have fun playing a game with people who are intentionally playing ranked to not climb, people who enjoy greifing. and are never punished for it.

This is on top of the fact that FOUR times now, I've had to win 3 out of 3 series matches, because one of my wins disappears. The first time, I was like, ok, the server crapped out, i guess, W/E. Second time, I was like alright, this has to be connected with people drop hacking matches, W/E dealt with it. but the third and fourth time, convinced me. Riot clearly has some sort of prisoners island system in place. With the frequency of toxicity that I encounter, YET I'M the only one EVER chat banned in my matches (Minus a handful of people who say it in advance in champ select so people know.), I am convinced, their is a prisoners island implementation. More than every other game, there is someone non stop being toxic to me or someone else on my team. If less than 10% of the community is toxic like they claim, than how am I so frequently encountering them?

TLDR: Prisoners Island is implemented in the ranked match making system. And I can't deal with the consistent trolling and greifing.
