Talon's Balancing is a joke.

You nerf talon with his rework because "his damage was too quick" and "his aoe wasn't deliberate enough" yet over a year later, litterally everyone but talon can "assassinate" better, with shorter cooldowns, then you give akali a better version of Rake, (you litterally did this shit with nidalee too, "her q does too much damage" remove her step back mechanic, then release LITERALLY A CLONE OF OG NIDALEE Q as Zoe Q) . But my top laner picks lucian, runs it down 6 times and feeds rengar, but I can't out damage the rengar, with the same kills on their mid jungle and bot lane, OK!. OH AND HE GETS A % MISSING HEAL FOR FUCKING UP HIS ENGAGE! [sg-shisa]
