CoronaGulp1 votesYou don't have to pay to achieve it. It's performance based (with S ratings) and participation based (with IP) Instead of before which was 100% participation.
Play enough games to get the IP to purchase champion shards in the store, get the blue essence needed with that IP. Get 2 S- or higher for 6, get 3 S or higher for 7.
