Please buff Zac!

Please riot, buff Zac just a little. He's fun as all get out, has serious cc and AoE to his name but my god. 4% hp damage on his w? Just take the flat damage off and give us like 6 starting and scaling up to 10%. Maybe slightly higher base damage on his Q and E, he's meant to be built tank but if you do go tank, you have absolutely no damage at all and no real reason to even be around late game.

If you build AP zac you can hit pretty decently but your team probably won't have much of a tank and your damage is still pretty pitiful late game. You could go bruiser with him but then he fails in two areas: being a tank and having respectable damage. I like Zac but he's a little underpowered. Just a few slight buffs. OH! And possibly could you make it so his q can pick up his blobs?
