@Meddler What about an AP ratio on Ashe's W?

What harm could an AP ratio on Ashe's W do? She could have better damaging spells for less damage on her autos and up her utility by giving her access to on-spell effects. Like giving an AP ratio to MF's Q, what could it hurt?
