So people think Cass is OP?

Just wondering, since she's apparently getting mana nerfs.

Her damage is good, but she needs mana to deal that damage. Basically spam E, and if it costs (90) at max, it's really going to hurt her playstyle.

If you really want to tone her down, get rid of 5% of the free CDR she gets, or more.

I dunno, I like the Champion a lot and feel she has plenty of counter play. Easily gankable, no escape, but she has damage. Kind of like Karthus.

I think its that 10% of players at high elo who are playing her so well that she seems OP to me. In my opinion there are people who need nerfs WAY More than Cass. Honestly I think the balance team is just doing little things to champions that don't really need them since they can't manage the larger changes that need to be done.
