Interaction with Kalista and her bond. AKA, why do others get control over my character?

First off, I would like to let you know that the idea of Kalista is amazing. My only problem I have with the character is during actual gameplay, when I'm trying to do something and pfft. I for some reason enter a death animation after a bell tolls. NOT OF MY DECISION AT ALL. Or when I'm getting into a team fight and pfft, I'm sucked into Kalista to be used as ammunition. AGAIN, AGAINST MY WILL. Now lore on Kalista says that she is a spirit of vengeance, that pacts made with her are what brings her to fight. Last time I checked, a pact needs to be agreed upon by both parties. Am I correct on this?

SO WHY RIOT ARE YOU GIVING CONTROL OVER MY CHARACTER TO SOMEONE ELSE?

What happened to the pact item that someone would have to actually click on to accept the pact? Until this is fixed, I vow to afk/dodge every game where Kalista is on my team. Ban me if you like, but I'd rather play my champion the way I want... under my control.

While I do think someone should have to accept the spear, I don't see how this is a problem. League is a team game, and if you have a Kalista on your team you should understand the part you will be playing. If you don't like it ask your ADC to not pick Kalista, or don't play a role that will get bound to, or only play in a premade.

Kalista isn't played enough to matter in my opinion. And also Kalista players are expected to ask team mates which of them it is that want to be bound to her. They aren't supposed to just automatically bond with the support. When I've played Kalista I've found that it's easy to forget that you have an Ult to use. Her play style is pretty much, kitekitekitekite, Press E. Her Ult is really meant to throw in champions like Leona, into the middle of the enemy team and knock them up, essentially giving Leona one extra cc. And because it is up to the one bonded to Kalista, where it is they strike, you can easily just not click anywhere when she ults, and thus cause her to waste her ult. However you will get raged at for that so I don't suggest doing that.

That's like saying Nasus is toxic because he will farm for 30 minutes.

Not the character's fault that the player is autistic.

my opinion is that kalisa sucks design wise her kit is volatile with preety little room for ballance and loads of toxic interactions
