[Ranked] - An effective way to deal with toxic behavior in game.

Lets face it. There's trolls, afks, and all the types of people that we love to hate so much in league. Now I'm bad. I can raise my hand and admit it. That's fine. It took me 4 tries to get to B4. 4 tries. I finally was given B4 after I got my 4th promo series (a whole different rant for a later time) qualifiers. So I'm in bronze, like most of the players in this game. In game, these are the most used phrases I see in my chat log: "gg ez", "gg get gud", "stfu", "u r tard", "uninstall plz", "report ___ afk", "report ___ troll", "report ____ rage quit", "stop feeding"

There are the few games where my faith in humanity is restored. The ones where people are genuinely nice to each other. I usually get a win on those teams. Those are the games that I think about when I want to quit playing. I like this game a LOT. It is fun. Most of the people that I get the pleasure of enduring in this game however are not. I am not saying that I haven't done any of this either. What I am saying is that when I do those things, I do them as a reaction. I do them when I am on tilt, as something found a %%%%% in my "armor" and is nagging at me. These actions are by no means acceptable, which is why I am seriously asking you all for assistance in finding a way to reduce and eventually stop toxic behavior (including my own) in game. The only option that I can see that may work will also hinder the people that use it in their games: a static "mute all" option. That will stop the verbal part of the toxicity for sure. The trade off is that all comms (pings excluded) are null and void. I have no idea how to notify, advise, monitor, or reform intentional feeding. Off meta champs/builds will happen because it is bronze. I've seen the ad annie get a penta. In bronze you can carry with anyone if you're good enough. I just want to have the fun and competitiveness back in my games. Even if "/mute all" is the only thing i'll see in my chat logs. Any constructive C&C is welcome. But who am I kidding, this is the internet. Thx all.

My solution to this? Don't. Give. A. Shit. Enemy flaming you? Who cares about them, laugh at them in real life and compliment everyone else. Someone feeding? Tell everyone to try harder. That one person afking at base? Ignore them and just imagine this is a harder challenge map. Ignoring a rager is sometimes the most humorous way for things to go down.

The sensors appear to be off if "c.h.i.n.k." in my armor is getting covered.

The second someone flames me, I mute him/her. If another person joins in, I simply type /mute all

I love "/mute all" command so much ^-^

question: what is the difference between /mute all and /ignore all? or is there no difference?
